Commercial Water Damage - Buffalo Grove

Commercial water damaged affected this commercial facilities maintenance area when rain from a terrible storm flooded the parking garage area and found its way to the pictured portion of the building. The location of the maintenance area did not allow for the water to just run off. It was going to need to be extracted, and there was a lot of water. The building management needed a professional with the correct equipment and the right amount of equipment that could respond quickly. SERVPRO of Buffalo Grove / Lake Zurich meets all of those criteria. We would show up with truck-mounted pumps and make short work of extracting the water from the area. In addition, we would set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the air and metal surfaces to prevent potential rusting of the metal cabinets and lockers.
